Soothing Dandelion Treat Tea

Ingredients:

Dandelion Root tea (2t soaked in boiled water for 5 - 10 mins)

1t raw cacao powder

1t Lion’s Mane mushroom powder

1t coconut sugar

1t maca powder (optional)

2t All Spice

1/2 cup boiling water

1/2 cup almond milk (see Homemade Almond milk recipe)

Method:

Make the Dandelion root tea first. Let it soak and simmer for approximately 10 minutes

Then, add all the above ingredients

Sip and enjoy!!
